Martijn A.J. Kemps

Studied Dutch law at the University of Tilburg. Sworn in as a lawyer in 2001.

Martijn advises and litigates on matters relating to corporate law and bankruptcy

and regularly acts as a receiver in bankruptcies. He also has broad experience in

the field of attachment and execution law and in the area of manager’s liability.

In 2007 Martijn completed the postgraduate course of Insolvency Law at the

Grotius Academy and he is a member of Insolad, the Dutch Association for

Insolvency Lawyers.
