Peter W.H. Stassen

Studied Dutch law at the University of Leiden. Sworn in as a lawyer in 2002 and

has been an independent entrepreneur since 2005. Peter advises on and litigates in matters relating to corporate law, including in the fields of company law, contract law, takeovers, shareholder disputes and bankruptcy-related matters.

In 2008 he completed the postgraduate course in Company and Corporate Law at the Grotius Academy.
